Raised on a family farm in Ohio, solving problems was an every day occurence. Those skills were further enhanced by becoming a software developer.
Weather observations became a hobby of sorts as verifying and developing procedures to reduce the damages caused by various storm types was always on my mind.
Recent technological advances have, I believe, made it possible and practical to attempt the previously thought impossible.
Progress means always moving forward. And I whole heartedly believe this is possible and will save hundreds of lives and greatly reduce the extensive damage that currently occurs each year.
